This was a quick little project, that uses a 3D printed d20 shell for a Sphero Mini! You can control it directly with your phone for shenanigans (maybe a little extra luck), or use one of the custom self-rolling scripts to use it for actual play!

SPhero Inside

This uses a Sphero Mini to do all the moving, and self rolling. These are used most commonly in BB8 toys, and can be remote controlled from your phone or tablet using Sphero’s apps.
